Melkinvest
Real Estate Agency
I developed the Melkinvest’s website in 3 languages. the development process took 4 weeks including strategy, design process and maintenance. in addition...
I've been in charge of "First Istanbul"'s google ads campaign. they need a special landing page for this campaign so I designed & developed a landing page for them as well. I'll share more detail soon.
Melkinvest is a real estate agency located in Istanbul. they provide property listings and Turkish citizenship for Iranian & Russian people who are interested in investment or run a new business in Turkey.
My role in this project
Brand Name, Logo & Slogan
I suggested the brand name according to the services and the main target audience. in addition, I’ve participated in writing Brand’s bio, visions, mission & values and content of the webite in English & Persian. after completing these steps, I suggested a slogan which describes the brand. in the case of the logo, it is designed by a professional designer & art director “Saman Nooraei”. you can see the case study of the Melkinvest’s logo here.
UI/UX & Development
in the case of UI/UX design, I collaborated with Saman Nooraei & he designed pages in both desktop and mobile version in adobe XD. the design process took 1 week. after finalizing the design, I start to develop the design. I used WordPress to build the website. I didn’t use a ready template and I made the template from scratch using “Elementor” page builder & “jet engine” plugin to create custom post types & taxonomies. the whole process of maintenance & implementing the design into WordPress took 4 weeks and then, 1 week for security and website load speed.
On-page & Local SEO Strategy
I collaborated with Pouya Heidarpour for the SEO project. he is a SEO specialist and executive living in Iran. I was in charge of the strategy side of SEO & Pouya was executive in this project. he did keyword research to discover all keywords that are exist around the business & finding competitors. first, our main goal was Local SEO. because it was crucial for the brand to be found on google map. meanwhile we were working on basic optimizations on the pages including meta title, description, site map, etc. after optimizing the exsisting pages, Pouya wrote the strategy of the blog section and started to writing & implementing the contents for blog psts.
Google ads Search & Display
the marketing team in Melkinvest decided to run advertising on google. so I create a new landing page based on their campaign goals. then I set up 3 different campaigns including display for their branding, search campaign for sale and retargeting campaign. they sold two properties to two different clients from these campaigns in only one month. I can't share more details about the results for privacy reasons.
